Introduce Yourself :

I’m Pierre Salou, an engineering student at ISEN Yncréa Ouest in Brest, in the Business Project Engineer program. I’m passionate about engineering, especially electronics, software development, project management, and more technical domains. I also love working on complex technical projects.

I’m building my professional path through practical experiences. I completed an internship at CS Group, where I modernized an antenna control system by combining custom electronics, embedded software, an application, and project management. My next step is at Naval Group (Brest, BU DTSI), where I’ll contribute to project supervision, digital tools, and operational monitoring.

In my personal life, I come from a family with one brother, one sister, and two parents, and I also have a cat at home.
As for entrepreneurship, I’m not planning to launch a startup for now — no money, no time, and too much instability.

When it comes to teamwork, I’m open and collaborative,  working with colleagues? Yeah, why not!

Explain your problem or opportunity

There are far too many booking platforms for everyday services like hairdressers, restaurants, or car garages. Each one requires creating a new account, managing different logins, and navigating separate interfaces. Instead of making life easier, the growing number of platforms creates confusion and makes it harder to find the right service.

Define your first hypothesis

One way to solve this problem is to create a single application that centralizes all bookings for services. The app would include an integrated payment system, a unified chat to communicate directly with providers, and a smart calendar that automatically syncs all appointments in one place. This would eliminate the need for multiple accounts and platforms, offering users one seamless, all-in-one experience.
